Hiring Process

We post a job opening including vacancies and qualification requirements on our website. We will give a separate notice to successful applicants of each screening step about detailed schedule.

the Course examination

STEP01
Document screening: We examine if the applicants meet the requirements.
STEP02
Preliminary interview: We evaluate the applicants’ practical business skills, job performance capability, and aptitude.
STEP03
Secondary interview: We evaluate the applicants’ character, qualification, and sociability.
STEP04
Probation period: Career employee – 1 month / New employee – 3 months
  • Salary:
    will be decided after consultation according to company’s criteria – Annual salary system
    (Detailed conditions will be noticed at the interview)

  • Welfare and Benefits:
    4 insurances/ five-day work week/ annual and monthly leave according to the company’s by law/ the reward system for employee / support for family occasions / support for health care
